Property Preservation

In 2009 PFD Builders LLC has entered into the property preservation field and has since repaired hundreds of properties throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas.

Our work includes Securing, Winterization, Debris Removal, Convey Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance, Snow Removal Cleaning up properties, repairing & Replacing roofs, drywall repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, Removing and replacing carpets and flooring, changing doors, changing windows, demolishing homes, and any other repair that’s needed in a home.

During this time we gained extensive experience in the property preservation field. We are familiar with all HUD guidelines as well as the guidelines from most lenders.

With our knowledgeable fully staffed office we are capable of providing bids within the timeframe that is required by our clients we provide very detailed and itemized bids depending on the clients requests we are always available to discuss your order with you. And supply you with any documents needed.

All our field Inspectors and crews carry digital cameras and have wireless capabilities so we can submit bids and photos in a timely manor.

Once we get an order we have the crews available to go out there and knock the job out. With supporting photos of all work that is done.

We are licensed contractors in the state of Louisiana and Mississippi. We have our own crews that do most of the work and we have a network of sub contractors that we use when needed.

We carry comprehensive errors and omissions and general liability insurance. We also carry workers comp. We take great pride in completing work within agreed upon timeframes and requirements, providing supporting photo documentation of all information reported and services completed.
